What I'm searching for:
- One person who is interested in finding a 2+ bedroom/2 bath. house or townhouse with me to share.
- I would like to try to stay somewhere north, northwest, central west, or central.

I also have 2 cats and 1 small dog that are extremely sweet and well behaved! They all typically blend best with another friendly dog, if you have one.

I prefer another female (but will consider a male), open to age, as long as you are mature, responsible and stable. I prefer other non-smokers or someone who is okay to smoke outside. Other single parent is okay. Please be pet friendly and OKAY with my daughter staying with me a few days every week.

**Please know... I've had the same employment for 9 years and have lived in one place for 7 years. I am not destitute or desperate for a housemate, but would very much like to find one as a way to save money and cut my costs for a couple of years. I'm coming back to Tucson next weekend for the holidays, (perhaps longer) and I am looking for a cheap and nice place with a quiet and clean person. I have a job and prefer to live in town (east or central would be ideal). Pets are fine, and gay and 420 friendly are a definite plus. I will spend much of my time working and will be home some evenings and most weekends.

I'm a 35 yr old male who is responsible, down to earth, clean and drama free. I am coming back from two years in Chicago, and am looking at finishing school in AZ, but won't know for sure until I get settled. So, my immediate goal is to find something short term (Nov-Jan), but would be open to staying through the spring semester if I decide to go to Pima.

Right now I live in the dorms, so I have a lease agreement with them. Since housing here is short, they are willing to let me out of the lease, but I still have to pay for the rest of the semester (until December). That being said, I don't want to waste my money, but I will if you have an amazing place, or are willing to cut me a deal until the semester is over. My father needs a kind, respectful person to basically cook his meals.
He needs to be reminded to wash his hands, shower/shave as well, though I would be willing to hire someone to help with that (we have someone right now).
In exchange I will pay $600 toward rent, plus the cost of the groceries for the food he eats.
I would prefer a female who has grown children, (a woman who has been through motherhood would find this job almost second nature!) but that is not required, as long as you have good instincts and a nurturing personality, and are a relatively good cook.
He loves to play pool and chess, so if you live within walking distance to a place (senior center, billiards hall) where this is available, that would be a huge plus.
He will stay in his room watching tv for most of the day, and does not like to socialize much, (his dementia is mostly in his verbal capacities). He will go out a few times a day, to a diner/cafe for a soda or sweet roll, and to a place to play cards/chess/pool, if it is close by.
This would be a relatively easy way to make some extra money for the right person.

I am 67yo male. Do not smoke, drink socially, do not do drugs. I am looking for someone that needs someone to share rent and related expenses. I had a LTR which ended 8 years ago with the death of my partner. We were together almost 32 years when he passed. Who I am:
Educated, mature woman who is looking to save money and purchase a new car later this year or at the beginning of the next. I am financially stable, honest, responsible (I pay my bills on time), gainfully employed, with outstanding references. Nice sense of humor with excellent timing. Always respectful of other's space. I do not have any pets of my own but love them dearly.
