What I'm searching for:
- One person who is interested in finding a 2+ bedroom/2 bath. house or townhouse with me to share.
- I would like to try to stay somewhere north, northwest, central west, or central.
- I am NOT interested in a "ROOMmate" situation, with "priviledges", etc. I would like more of a "HOUSEmate" (house share) situation. There's no need for either one of us to feel like we're mere guests in the home. I want us to BOTH feel like we're HOME.
- I'm hoping to keep my portion of the cost below $615 a month.
- Looking to find a place by December, if at all possible...
Me:
I’m a clean, very COURTEOUS, down to earth, open-minded, female in my mid 30’s. Friendly and laid back, but also a very responsible and mentally/financially stable full time working professional. I’m a non-smoker and drama free. I have a teenage daughter that lives with me a few days a week (alternating between weekdays and weekends). We are both great people and very easy to get along with. I also have 2 cats and 1 small dog that are extremely sweet and well behaved! They all typically blend best with another friendly dog, if you have one.
You:
I prefer another female (but will consider a male), open to age, as long as you are mature, responsible and stable. I prefer other non-smokers or someone who is okay to smoke outside. Other single parent is okay. Please be pet friendly and OKAY with my daughter staying with me a few days every week.
**Please know... I've had the same employment for 9 years and have lived in one place for 7 years. I am not destitute or desperate for a housemate, but would very much like to find one as a way to save money and cut my costs for a couple of years. My plan is to hopefully find a cool housemate until then.**
