This is a 1997 16x80 mobile home that has been sheet rocked, has tile and wood laminate flooring, new outlets, built in surround sound speakers, normal size doors and so on. It is less than perfect and needs some work for sure but it's in very good shape, includes a fridge, micro and so on. If you want basic cable and high speed you can have it for an extra $15 a month.

Both the property and house need some pretty basic stuff, yard work, patching some holes, maybe some paint and so on. I'm willing to offer this VERY good deal because I want not only a like minded person but someone that enjoys doing these types of things.
