I have a 1 acre lot that will accommodate 1 mobile home of any size and year. The acre has numerous mature mesquite trees and saguaros, is rural, and is down a short dirt road. I require a 1 year lease and I will require a deposit of either first and last month's rent or a different form. Electricity and water expenses are your responsibility.
