We have one individual artist studio space available in our shared studio close to downtown. The studio itself is approximately 800 sq ft and is located right by the warehouse district, and is part of the community at Los Reales Studios. It is rustic with an open layout, has the warehouse feel with high ceilings, concrete floors, and lots of outdoor space, water, 220v. Your individual space would be approximately 130 sq ft and use of the other shared areas in the studio. Rent is to be $140 including utilities. This space is a work space only, not a living space. Currently members of the studio include 2 ceramic artists and an oil painter. We are looking for someone responsible and open-minded. We will consider all artistic mediums, but I think its especially great for a painter, sculptor, metalsmith, potter, or mixed media artist.
