- Would prefer something that has been recently renovated with basic appliances (refrigerator and dishwasher mainly) the rest we can provide. The electricity hookups specifically the washer/dryer should be up to code supporting newer appliances.
- A spacious kitchen is a must, we both love to cook and eat in / entertain on an occasion (no big parties, more quiet dinner get-togethers with one or two friends)

A little about us, I am 26 she is 25, we are both full time employed. We are business professionals, who enjoy our quiet time when we get home from work. We both have above average renter scores. We are both extremely reliable, and have NEVER missed a rent payment. To the point that we tend to be early on our payments to get them out of the way with. Requirements of a single wide: An MCS-safe, late 1970s singlewide, 14 x 64, all electric, in a 55+ mobile home park in NW Tucson.
