Hi, I am getting married in January and my lease is up Dec. 31. Looking for a 13month lease preferably with a perk such as free months rent etc. We would like to start moving our things around Dec 15. We are looking for a 2bed 1-2 bath home or condo/townhome with a small yard. Want washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. We currently have one very well behaved cat and would like to adopt a dog (hence the yard). Never been late on payments and very quiet!
