Student and full time hospital worker needing housing in February/March of 2010. Off the bat I'll tell you I have bad credit. Need a place with utilities included (I don't use much, I'm pretty conservative when it comes to energy) and cable hookup ready. That's pretty much all I ask, doesn't have to be fancy but I'd prefer to not live in a dump. I am NOT willing to share housing or rent a room, need my OWN place. I work nights and sleep during the day. I'm a non smoker, casual/social drinker, and am not noisy. I'm an organized, clean person. My rent limit is about $450 a month- I know it's not much to work with, that's why I'm not being too picky. I work on the west side and would prefer a location in that vicinity but again, I'll consider pretty much anything. I'll even consider a guest home on a property. I'll keep reposting this ad until housing is found. I am willing to put down a deposit to "hold" until my move in date.
