Middle aged, single male with great credit, references, and financial solvency looking for a dog friendly guesthouse in central Tucson. Furnished w/ all utilities and communications included would be ideal. Open to other arrangements. Must have A/C, heat, oven, and laundry facilites. I would prefer the owner/landlord to be on site. I tend to travel during the summer months and like the idea of someone being around while I'm gone. I'd like to take it slow and see if we'd be a good fit. A long term relationship is a definite possibility.
