I currently live in Phoenix. I am considering relocating to NW / N Tucson. I am sensitive to pesticides, chemicals, etc. I prefer a 55+ community, a 2-bedroom duplex, 3-plex or 4-plex might work for me. I also prefer the older block buildings. It is better that the apt not be renovated for at least 3-5 years, all electric, no mold or toxic chemicals, fragrances, pesticides or herbicides used in or around the property. Carpet is alright but no ceramic tile throughout (because of my arthritis). The appliances should be at least a few years old but in good condition.
I can pay $650 to $700 rent plus utilities.
