Position Summary The Store Associate is responsible for positively contributing to the customer shopping experience by
providing friendly, knowledgeable and professional service as well as assisting customers with a total solutions purchase.
This position is also responsible for the check-in and unloading of freight, stocking merchandise on shelves and cashiering

Loss Prevention or Human Resources team). 6. When not with customers, keep aisles faced and shelves stocked as
directed. 7. Use radios and headsets to answer questions and assist store team members to recommend the best total sales
solution. 8. Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately in accordance with established cash control
procedures and customer service guidelines. 9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. 10. Answer the phone
promptly and courteously and direct calls to the appropriate party. 11. Ensure that the store is clean and organized and all
pricing signage is in order. Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the store as directed. 12. Use all available resources such
as @Max Retail, OfficeMax University, and Advantage TV to further associate#s knowledge about the company and it#s
offerings. Utilize that knowledge to educate customers about OfficeMax solutions that fit their needs. 13. Advise Manager on
Duty of any issues, special customer requests, customer complaints, etc. 14. Immediately respond and resolve any potential
safety hazards, and report to Manager on Duty. 15. Unload and check in freight as directed. 16. Implement new merchandise
planograms as directed. 17. Assist in the store#s data integrity process: identifying low stock levels, inventory discrepancies
and report them to management to ensure an #in-stock# store. 18. Ensure returned merchandise is restocked to the correct
location and that all damaged or defective merchandise is labeled and placed in the appropriate area at the end of each shift.

4. To be proficient in all activities and services of Miraval and to personally experience some of the offerings to be able to describe the Miraval guest experience with firsthand knowledge.
5. To attend all training classes of Miraval information to stay current on all aspects of Miraval procedures, services and offerings.
6. To sell day spa reservations, gift certificates and other assigned products and services.
7. Complete daily and weekly reports as assigned.
8. Provide helpful and cooperative communication between sales, catering, front office and accounting on a regular basis and all departments as needed.
9. Assist Reservations Manager, Reservations Supervisor and Revenue Manager with special projects as assigned.


ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS:
1. Strong computer skills with hotel property management systems and revenue management software.
2. Organizational skills to work with volumes of data and coding to insure accuracy of information.
3. Strong Accounting Skills
4. Good verbal communication skills and customer services skills
5. Must be able to multi-task and have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
6. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is a must for this reservations position

• Proactive identification, analyses and resolution of problems and situations that arise with client satisfaction and production.
• Participating in pre- and post-production meetings in accordance with standard operating procedures and departmental processes.
• Coordinate with the production team and oversee projects from start to finish.
• Management of ever-changing deadlines.
• Keep current on new technology.
• Perform occasional other duties as-needed per manager's request.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in printing or graphic arts industries preferred, or experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent math skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and organization are a must.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of PrintSmith a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to identify and meet customers' needs and requirements.
• Must be a self-starter and a problem-solver.
• Meet or exceed minimum test results as designated by hiring manager.
