• Provides supervision and leadership to staff working in the designated area.
• Ensure that clinical services are delivered in accordance with agency, licensing, and contract requirements.

• Participates with other Casa de los Niños staff as appropriate and directed in such areas as quality management, human resources, admissions and finances.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and the willingness to use personal vehicle in the course of employment. Must meet minimum requirements of agency insurance carrier.

RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports to the Executive Director and serves as part of the Senior Management Team. The position has primary relationships with the Behavioral Health Network, Senior Management Staff, and program staff.
